2BKOOL apparel uses a unique phase-change technology to achieve body climate control. Micro-capsules containing phase-change materials (PCMs) are integrated with fabric via high pressure injection coating technology. The PCMs absorb and store excess body heat as it is created, dispersing the excess heat when necessary in a time-release process controlled by the chemical structure and the density of the PCMs. By simply wearing the garments, your body’s temperature is maintained in an optimum range for maximum performance and comfort. The fire-resistant line of 2BKOOL products are highly specialized for sports or environments which require protection from flames and heat. The 2BKOOL Action Gear Series are made from lighter fabric that provides the same temperature regulating properties for extreme and everyday sports and activities that do not involve fire danger.

No, maintenance is very easy. Simply launder your 2BKOOL items as you would most knit apparel:
Machine wash using a cold, gentle cycle.
Hang to dry or Tumble dry using a cool, gentle setting.
Do not bleach or iron.
The 2BKOOL high temperature curing process can sometimes cause the material to stiffen slightly. Laundering the items prior to use will eliminate the stiffness.
